Attention Landlords

If you have owned or currently own rental properties in Klickitat County you may be familiar with KPUD’s Landlord Policy. This policy helps ensure that utility services continue uninterrupted as tenants move in or vacate your rental property. When you notify us that you are the landlord of a property we will have you sign a copy of this policy which we keep on file here at the PUD. If you have sold or will be selling your property please be sure to let us know in writing that the ownership of the property will be changing hands. If we are not notified you may continue to be held responsible for any amount billed to the property when there is no tenant information available.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if you need to be listed or removed as a landlord of a rental property that you own or have owned in the past.
