KPUD uses SmartHub for Bill Pay and other Customer Notifications

The best way to access KPUD's customer portal called SmartHub, is directly through the KPUD website, www.klickitatpud.com. We do NOT recommend googling or searching for Klickitat PUD. This may direct you to 3rd party payment websites that could look similar to KPUD's.

It has come to our attention, thanks to KPUD customers that there are  3rd party website with striking similarities to Klickitat PUD's website.  These 3rd party website are NOT affiliated with KPUD.  They may charge a fee for making the payments, they may not submit your payment and the payment will not automatically be applied.

Before making a payment please verify that you are using the correct website.  Below is what the SmartHub link looks like from the official KPUD website.

If you are using a computer to log into SmartHub, the landing page will look similar to the picture below.  If you prefer to use your phone, we recommend you download the SmartHub application to ensure secure payments.

Klickitat PUD does not charge additional fees to make a payment online, through the SmartHub app, or over the phone.
