Klickitat PUD is suspending the disconnection of service due to non-payment, waiving late fees, and working with affected utility customers to establish payment arrangements.

Klickitat PUD commissioners and staff recognize the economic impact of COVID-19 within our state and community.  Therefore, we want to reassure customers that we are taking measures to ensure the availability of utility services for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Effective immediately, Klickitat PUD is suspending the disconnection of service due to non-payment, waiving late fees, and working with affected utility customers to establish payment arrangements. 

Klickitat PUD will continue to identify and communicate energy assistance options for affected customers.  KPUD offices remain closed to the public, but staff is available to serve customers using alternate means.

KPUD offers several easy and convenient self-service payment options to pay your bill and submit meter reads.  These options include SmartHub, our SmartHub app, and our pay-by-phone system which is available at 1.888.255.5303.  Each of these options can be accessed from the convenience of your home.
