Klickitat PUD is among many others that will be transitioning to 1^st Security Bank. 

Customers should see minimal impact.  Below are some key points that KPUD would like to ensure customers realize.

• Customers set up for ACH and credit card payments who have a due date of 2/24/2023 will see payment draft a day early.

• Customers set up for ACH and credit card payments through Columbia Bank should update SmartHub with banking information.  This will ensure successful auto withdrawal in the future.

• Customers that utilize bank bill pay may see a difference in history and a delay in payment posting.  Recommend paying utilizing SmartHub to avoid timing delays with bank bill pay.
