KPUD Offers Payment Options
Klickitat PUD offers customers a variety of options for paying monthly bills. Customers can pay with cash, check or card in either our White Salmon or Goldendale location. Additionally customer may pay and submit meter reads online through SmartHub, using the SmartHub mobile application or by using the 24/7 pay-by-phone option (888.255.5303).
Drafts - Using SmartHub or the pay-by-phone option, customers can set up monthly drafts directly from a checking or savings account, or set up a reoccurring payment using either a debit or credit card. This relieves customers of worrying about due dates, writing checks, or finding a stamp. Instead, a draft automatically takes care of paying the bill. In choosing this option customers receive a monthly statement showing the date of withdrawal and amount of the draft. Visit SmartHub to enroll or call customer service for more information
Online – Payments can be made online by clicking on “SmartHub” or "One Time Payment" from the KPUD homepage. This online program accepts credit or debit cards and you can also setup automatic payments to come from your card or bank account. You will be able to view your last 12 statements online, graphs of your Kilowatt-hour usage, recaps of your payments, and request minor changes to your account.
